Our HD right output shaft is manufactured entirely of 4340m-300m hardened steel that is CNC-machined to tight tolerances for an exact fit. This aircraft industry grade material we use for our product's manufacture is purchased from the same spec. batches as the leading military aircraft designers such as Lockheed-Martin, Northrop-Grumman, Boeing and General Dynamics. This component is a direct replacement for the O.E. cast part that is notorious for twisting off during hard launches on the street or the drag strip. Our design is 3-piece in nature compared to the O.E. unit being a single piece and each kit comes complete with everything you see here. Additionally, our product is superior to others in that we include additional manufacturing steps that others do not that makes our product stronger overall such as thru-hardening for torsional strength, radiused high impact splines to withstand increased shock loads and a bead blasted main body that denies any surface cracks from starting.
